Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Some Services are offered on a paid basis. By starting a subscription or making a purchase, you authorize Cast Marketing LLC to charge your payment method for the fees due, including any applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Charges processed by Cast Marketing LLC may appear on your statement under our company name rather than the brand name you purchased from. See About Charges for examples.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law;
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Services;
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications.

The Services, including all content, features, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Cast Marketing LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

If you submit content to the Services (for example, through a contact form, account, or community feature), you retain ownership of that content but grant Cast Marketing LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Services, other users, or Cast Marketing LLC. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cast Marketing LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cast Marketing LLCand its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in State of North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and, if changes are material, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
