Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions made on websites and products operated by Cast Marketing LLC, including realhomehq.com and birdiebudz.com.
Effective: April 26, 2026
1. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings on the product where you signed up, or by emailing hello@castmarketingllc.com. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
2. Refund window
We offer refunds on first-time subscription purchases requested within 14 days of the original charge, provided you have not violated our Terms of Service. Refunds are not typically issued for renewals, one-time product purchases after the 14-day window, or accounts terminated for cause.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@castmarketingllc.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- The email address on the account;
- The product purchased (Real Home HQ, Birdie Budz, or other);
- The date and amount of the charge;
- The last 4 digits of the card used (optional, helps us locate the charge faster);
- A short reason for the refund.
We respond to refund requests within one business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
4. Free trials
When a product offers a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being charged when the trial ends, cancel before the trial expiration date listed in your account.
5. Disputed charges
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us so we can resolve the issue directly. See About Charges if you don't recognize a charge from Cast Marketing LLC. Bank disputes can take 30–90 days to resolve and are often unnecessary; a direct refund is almost always faster.
