The Cast Partner Program

Sell websites.
Take the bigger cut.
We do the rest.

Cast Marketing builds, hosts, and supports every site. You bring the client, you sign the deal, you cash the check. No CMS to learn. No client emergencies at 11pm. No Wix, Squarespace, or Wordpress tutorials.

§ 01

How it works.

Four steps from handshake to deposit. The rest is on us.

1.

You close

Find the lead, run the conversation, close the deal at our locked rates. We give you proposals, decks, scripts, and pricing.

2.

We build

Our team handles design, copy, dev, and launch. Most sites ship in 1–3 weeks. You don't touch a single file.

3.

Client launches

Site goes live on our hosting. Client is auto-enrolled in hosting and retainer. Recurring revenue starts.

4.

You get paid

Commission lands 30 days post-launch via Stripe Connect. Direct deposit. No invoices, no chasing.

§ 02

The math.

Run your own numbers. No hypotheticals, no fine print.

The rule:Cast's cut scales with build size, never as a percentage.

  • Build under $2,000: 50/50 split
  • Build $2,000 to $5,000: Cast keeps $1,500
  • Build $5,000 to $10,000: Cast keeps $2,500
  • Build over $10,000: Cast keeps $3,500

The rest is yours, every time.

Where Cast's cut goes

  • Server. Hosting infrastructure, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring.
  • Data. Analytics, storage, monitoring.
  • Time. Build hours, design, dev.
  • Plugins. Licensed tools, integrations, APIs.
  • Work. Ongoing support, retention, renewals.

Numbers reflect Cast Marketing's published partner commission structure: tiered cap to Cast, scaling with build size. Rest to you on every closed build. Not a guarantee of earnings. You eat what you kill.

How the cut works

A cap, not a percentage.

Most agencies pay reps a flat percentage. We do not. Cast takes a tiered cap that scales with build size, and the rest goes to you on every closed deal. The reason is simple: a $10,000 site does not cost five times more to deliver than a $2,000 site. So why should your share shrink as the deal grows?

With caps, your effective share rises every time you sell bigger. That is the lever. Push the deal up by $500, the cap does not move, you keep the difference.

Your effective share, by deal size

  • $3,000 build50% to you
  • $5,000 build50% to you
  • $8,000 build69% to you
  • $15,000 build77% to you
  • $25,000 build86% to you
  • Tier 01

    50/50

    Under $2,000

Cast keeps half, capped at the build price.

Server provisioning, SSL, design, dev hours, and launch. On a small build, the floor cost of delivering it eats most of the margin. A 50/50 floor keeps both sides whole instead of pushing one of us underwater.

    Sell $1,500. Cast: $750. You: $750.

  • Tier 02

    $1,500 cap

    $2,000 to $5,000

Cast caps at $1,500, even as the price climbs.

A real delivery: hosting, design, build, integrations, the first month of support. $1,500 is roughly what those line items cost us at this tier. Past that, every extra dollar you negotiate is yours.

    Sell $4,500. Cast: $1,500. You: $3,000 (67%).

  • Tier 03

    $2,500 cap

    $5,000 to $10,000

Bigger builds, bigger overhead, same idea.

More pages, more integrations, more design polish, longer dev cycles. Cost of delivery climbs, but it does not double. The cap reflects the real lift, not a percentage of what you sold.

    Sell $8,000. Cast: $2,500. You: $5,500 (69%).

  • Tier 04

    $3,500 cap

    Over $10,000

The ceiling. Sell as big as you can and keep the rest.

Custom integrations, advanced tracking, larger content load, monthly strategy. $3,500 covers the heaviest deliveries we run. Anything above that is upside, and on this tier it all flows to you.

    Sell $15,000. Cast: $3,500. You: $11,500 (77%).

Quick aside on the boundaries: at exactly $5,000 the cap jumps from $1,500 to $2,500, so a $4,999 sell pays you about $1,000 more than a $5,000 sell. Same trick at $10,000. If you can hold the price under a tier line, do it. Then push the next deal past the next line.

§ 04

The division of labor.

You sell. We ship. The line is bright on purpose.

We handle

  • Design & build

Custom site builds in Next.js. Mobile-first, fast, conversion-focused.

  • Hosting & infrastructure

Monitored 24/7. SSL, daily backups, uptime guarantees. You never see a server.

  • Content & updates

Edits, posts, image swaps, copy tweaks. The client emails us, not you.

  • Support & retention

Help desk, monthly reports, renewals. Your client stays our client.

You handle

Selling.

That's the whole job. Find the lead, run the conversation, close the deal. We pick it up the second the deposit clears.

§ 05

The fit.

Read both lists carefully. The wrong fit hurts everyone.

Made for

You should apply if you're...

  • A real estate or insurance agent with a network
  • A freelancer with small-business clients already
  • A networker, BNI, chamber, or community connector
  • A former BDR or SaaS rep gone independent
  • A photographer, videographer, or branding pro
  • Someone who can hold a 15-minute discovery call
Not a fit

Don't apply if you want...

  • A salary or hourly base
  • Leads handed to you on a silver platter
  • To negotiate the pricing or commission terms
  • Health benefits or PTO (1099 only)
  • A boss to babysit your pipeline
  • To run the build yourself “your way”

§ 06

Honest answers.

If your question isn't here, it'll get answered in the call.

  • When do I actually get paid?

Commissions pay 50% on deposit clearance, the remaining 50% at launch + 30 days. All payouts via Stripe Connect, direct deposit. Your cut is locked the moment the build ships. Cast's take is tiered: 50/50 under $2,000, $1,500 from $2,000 to $5,000, $2,500 from $5,000 to $10,000, $3,500 above $10,000. The rest is yours.

  • Do I need any tech experience?

None. You don't touch the build. You sell, you pass the contract over, we deliver. If you can run a discovery call and explain the three pricing tiers, you can do this.

  • Can I quote my own pricing?

No. Pricing is locked across all partners to keep the program clean and protect the brand. Custom quotes for unusual scopes go through Cast HQ for approval. The locked rates are designed to make you the most money, not less.

  • What stops a partner from going around me?

The other way around: signed non-circumvention clauses, all comms routed through Cast Marketing email and CRM, all contracts between Cast and the client. The relationship is structured so you stay protected.

  • Do I get exclusive territories?

Not in v1. The program is open and competitive nationally, but you own every client you close, including their retainer revenue, for as long as they remain on the care plan.

  • What if a client cancels in the first month?

Commission clawback applies if a build is refunded within 30 days of launch. After 30 days post-launch, your commission is locked.

  • Is this a full-time gig or side hustle?

Either. We have partners doing 1–2 deals a month on the side and partners doing 8–10 full time. The structure works at any volume because there's no minimum quota and no delivery overhead pulling at you.

§ 07 The Application

Make your case.

This isn't a contact form. It's an application. We read every one. If it's a fit, we book a call within 48 hours.

This is the question that decides the call. Take it seriously.
